Because supplements do not fall under FDA guidelines, the consumer has no idea how much of the drug is in each pill. This is the reason why so many people had trouble with weight loss pills in the past. While it is generally considered safe to consume these supplements if you are a healthy adult, the risk lies with the fetus. Since a woman usually does not know she is pregnant until 1-2 months into the pregnancy she runs the risk of inadvertently harming the unborn child. (The vast majority of bodily systems, including cardiovascular, nervous, and the brain are formed in the first 6 weeks after conception). My recommendation would be to stop the use of "work out" supplements while attempting to become pregnant, or wait until you are in a place in your training to stop for approximately 1 year before attempting to conceive.
I would advise removing all supplements (excpet Whey Protein) and supplementing yourself naturally
