How heavy is the largest turkey?

Typically 72% to 75% of live weight, depends on age for an older turkey will have more meat to bone ratio than a younger one. I harvest my turkeys at 8 to 10 months of age (45 to 50 lbs) and get around 75% (33 to 37 lbs).
