If you mean Vitamin B17, also known a Laetrile or Amygdalin, this is a naturally occurring substance that is crystalline in form, composed of oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and nitrogen (as are most organic things). Found in certain seeds (bitter almonds, Apples and apricots) It has been promoted as an alternative cancer treatment for some years, but studies have failed to show it has any value in that use. It is also very toxic when taken by mouth.
