Weasels, moles and voles are not known to do eat yellow jackets in their ground nests and other ground dwelling bees. Honey bees in their hives, no. But moles will dig right up the the underground hive and eat them all up, may take some time but this is a good habit for moles an the reason they can be welcome in our yard at times. Other animals that will dig out ground dwelling bees are raccoon, skunk, armadillo, bear. It is said that eagle even enjoy feasting on these insects. Encourage these predators to kill a destructive yellow jacket nest by pouring some honey around the hole. We use anything but poison on the dangerous "bees" and try to keep all wildlife safe. The honey bees and bumble bees are killed off by yellow jackets too. The destructive yellow jackets will return to a hive of honey bees time and again killing the bees returning with the food until the hive is suffering and they die, that is an explanation in a nutshell. So protect the good and mild-hearted pollinators and encourage natural predator habits of the destructive.
