Find the transmission. Find the drain plug. find a container big enough to hold a few gallons to be sure of dirty fluid room. undo the drain plug(with3/4 inch ratchet) slowly until it spewing fluid. Let it drain. Put plug in add fluid.

Another person suggested this way:

There is a drain plug on the lower part of the trans that has a 3/8" square hole in it.

Remove that plug with a 3/8" drive ratchet, clean off the second gear clutch pak material from the magnet attached to the drain plug. Reinstall the drain plug then put in 3 qts of genuine Honda trans fluid.

No doubt some simpleton will now jump in and SHOUT the 'book' calls for 2.8 qts of trans fluid, but I've been doing this for over 22 years and have NEVER seen a Honda trans hurt by having .2 qts extra fluid in it.
