What should i do to my hair I want a different color hair but am unsure what to do should i color highlight or what i am athletic with a nice body and greenish eyes and golden brown hair and makeup?

Don't highlight, in my opinion that's a rip-off, you can hardly see the difference. I think an ash blonde color would look brilliant, while your at it you could make it wavy and cut it just below the shoulders.
