Do all your baby teeth fall out?

most of your baby teeth come out on their own but sometimes they wont come out. sometimes if baby teeth haven't come out and they have to they will get pulled out by the dentist.

sometimes if a baby/you have somehow tinkered with nature when you were born your molers might get replaced by new molers. (dont say im lieing, its happening to me right now o).
