To help increase your chances go into Life Happiness Rewards you can buy the Fertility Treatment which will increase your chances, but you can have the mother watch the KidZ Zone TV channel and listen to the Kids channel on the radio. If you do them both at the same time you have an even greater chance. Also getting the fertility treatment and doing these things will increase your chance of triplets. If you have your Sim eat three watermelons in a row, she will probably have a girl. If she eats three Apples in a row she will probably have a boy.
