Will you ever find out what happens to Renesmee in the future?

Stephenie Meyer has stated that Breaking Dawn is the end of Bella's point of view in the Twilight world, and that Renesmee would be a possible narrator if she were to continue the series. But for now, she has said that she would like to work on other stories, particularly a "ghost" story that she keeps mentioning.

So, in short, if Stephenie Meyer writes another Twilightbook, it may be from Rensemee's point of view, or a few other Twilight characters. So we may find out about Renesmee's future.

I dont really think we will find out. The only other book she was planning on releasing in this Saga was "Midnight Sun", which is Twilight from Edwards point of view. I doubt she will write anything, although I am sure she would post about it on www.stepheniemeyer.com if she was planning on doing. But its what all good authors do. Leave you at a point where you will always want more. Keep your eyes peeled, and never loose hope though, as you never know what's round the corner.
