You have the oaks letter in your bag you have found shaymin but you cant battle it why?

because that's an illoution.you have to go on your bike and go far past it until u reach the end and the REAL shaymin should be there.its lv.30 for some reason when you catch it.Ps its actaully not that hard to catch!
