Where do you get the Pokemon shiftry in emerald?

Shiftry cannot be found in Pokémon Emerald however you can catch wild Seedot in Routes 102, 117 and 120 and then you can evolve it into Nuzleaf once it reaches Level 14 and then you can use a Leaf Stone on Nuzleaf in order to evolve it into Shiftry and you can find Nuzleaf in Routte 114 and then you can use a Leaf Stone in order to evolve it into Shiftry additionally you can make a trade with a trainer in order to receive Seedot, Nuzleaf or Shiftry via trade.
