What diseases would you get if you didn't have the right nutrition in your diets?

At first it would be okay, but eventually malnutrition would develop a plethora of different diseases and would severely affect your quality of life, which may result in death.

However, most products from the supermarket come fortified with extra vitamins and minerals, so a vitamin deficiency is highly unlikely in a developed country. Unless of course you only eat white rice for the rest of your life.

I've actually experience some symptoms of vitamin deficiency and that's why I started taking multivitamins.
