What is the best bow in RuneScape?

There's actually 2 decent bows, depends what you choose:

Crystal Bow - Requires: 70 Ranged + 50 Agility + Roving Elves Quest Completion

Dark Bow - Requires: 60 Ranged

Details about the weapons:

-Crystal Bow-

This rather nice bow surprisingly requires absolutely no arrows but relys on charges and when all charges run out it req. 950k ( decreases to 700k, 550k, 300k, 150k over time and stays at 150k ) to recharge it, it is quite powerful but every time it degrades the bow gets weaker and looses accuracy, a slighty better choice than it's counter part Crystal Shield.

-Dark Bow-

Thos rather unique bow unlike others fires 2 arrows at a time, using normal arrows w/ special attack makes sure you hit a double 5 minimum on your target, you may get lucky and hit higher, however if it power you want, this is the bow for you, get dragon arrows w/ special attack for full on ownage, the bow of choice for minigames like castle wars, duel arena, bounty hunter, pvp, clan wars and much other pvp stuff, for a once time proce of around 800-900k odd in grand exchange works out millions more cheaper than a crystal bow but the bad side is it can be very arrow draining.
