Should you wash dog dishes with human dishes?

Unless you or the people who share your dishes are immucomprimised or if you have small young children that share the dishes, there is no reason, why dog bowls and human dishes cannot be washed together.

If they have fecal matter on them tho, they will need to be cleaned seperately, preferrably with bleach.
