My clubpenguin game says error 51099 no acsess point in range when i try to upload my coins?

ok well sence im only 11 and a girl i still know!!!

first press start and all that stuff, now press upload/download now insted of clicking connect to Nintendo wi-fi connection click Nintendo WI-FI connection setup click yes you want to use WFC and it should be like a white place with squares or something click the blue one!!!!!! now heres were it gets complicated there is three rectangles facing -> OK and it mite say like emtey and connection 1....2....3 okclick the box (the first one)and it mite be like try to connect or somthingand it should say it connected to linksys then u test it and stuff no worry do that to all of them then they should all say reddyno click ok (not the big blue rectangle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) now go back to the clubpenguin thing now click connect to Nintendo wi fi then click yesand it should have stuff like a lime green penguin and a purple penguin now click the purple penguin one and it will probibly say to type ur penguins name and stuff then click okand there should be a red bag of money push the arrow on the right until it stops then click the check and your good to go!!!!!!!!! if the upload fails idk what to do but maybe just keep trying! :)

p.s. this has to be done by a computer with your penguin signed in and stuff
