Unfortunately, when a female mounts and then pulls fur from another rabbit, whether male or female, it is an act of dominance or an attempt to fight. Sometimes this just might be the rabbits way of saying "I'm the boss here," and it might not lead to anything, but you must be careful as this could lead to a full on attack. Also check to be sure that the male isn't the one pulling fur (and assuming mounting) or you might have an unwanted litter.
