How much HP does a 1983 cb650 Nighthawk produce?

The 1983 CB650SC was rated at 72hp. 11.9 1/4 mile was the best I ever saw published (150lb profesional drag racer on the bike)....but it is a solid low to middle 12 second bike...stock.
