Where is the Internet's central head office?

There is no central hub. The computers just connect to each other via their LAN (if the person has one), then their ISP and any other computers that direct the flow of internet traffic (you can't do a direct connection beause you'd either need a really long wire or a really big antenna) (assuming the computer of the website you are on is far away from you).
