Is is normal for a 12 year old boy to want to walk around the house naked?

It is unusual for a 12-year-old boy to want to do this. If he has always done this then he is just used to it and it is part of his being. If he has now reached Puberty then it is not really appropriate behaviour anymore, especially if seen by others.
