Do pistachios grow in trees or bushes?

PistaciOS belong to a group of nuts called tree nuts, a common allergen. (Cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.) Tree nuts grow on trees. Peanuts grow underground, so they are not a tree nut.
