Why does Turbo spool up but no blow off noise?

If a turbo spools up but doesn't produce a blow-off noise, it may indicate that the bypass valve or blow-off valve isn't functioning properly, or it's not set to release pressure at the right point. Additionally, if the engine is under low load or vacuum conditions, the valve may not open, leading to less noise. Another possibility is that the vacuum source for the valve is insufficient or there could be a leak in the system.
