You would have to check your local laws first, and see if they have any language governing wolf hybrids. Saarloos Wolfhonds may be a recognized breed, but they would still be considered a hybrid in most cases. Make sure you're on good terms with your neighbors before you bring the dog home, as some would likely throw a fit at a "wild animal" moving in next door. And it goes without saying, but make sure you're prepared for the prospect of owning such a dog, as they are not suitable for most homes.
