How do you sink a song from itunes to your iPod?

Plug your iPod in to the computer open iTunes then if you want all your Itunes Libary on your IPod then just click sync but to select certain songs then select Music/Movies or

what ever you want then just select what films/albums/playlists/songs you want I have a mac if you want to no Hope this helps
