What is an ignition switch puller?

It's a device that you stick into the ignition of a car and it removes the entire console from the dashboard...it's meant for replacing ignitions if something gets stuck there or some other reason preventing you from using the ignition....ALTHOUGH some people use it to cripple cars for people as well, a more severe case of tire slashing when you think about it ... :)
