Who is the garbage man in To Kill a Mockingbird?

His name is Zeebo. We catch a glimpse of him when we comes to pick up the "crazy dog" Atticus ended up having to kill. Zeebo is also Calpurnia's son who is one of the few black citizens who can read, thanks to his mother.
