Obviously, like any food- it contains a certain amount of fat. Yes, most foods could cause you to become fat if you have too much of it. Most foods have a different amount of fat. For example, an Apple has less fat than a chocolate bar because of the ingredients. So yes, twix will make you fat. ONLY if you eat it continuously and do not exercise. If you ate twix 6 times a day and didn't exercise- it will make you fat!
If you have it sparingly and do exercise- it shouldn't make you fat.
Indulge in it once or twice but if you eat it too much it could clog your arteries and make you fat!
