In which country did Bic Pens made from?

Bic pens are made in China and Britain. The pens are madeby putting in in a tube and then putting a metal point at the top. There is tiny hole in the top that is so small that the only way to release it is by pressing it on something. Then It is put in a plastic containers with a spring and a button to open and close it.
