Yes, they do.

Funny story..I was at Starbucks in Barnes and Noble and the lady refused to accept a Canadian Quarter. She observed it throughly, and then said she cannot accept it. But, they are nearly the same value and can very well be accepted anywhere if the cashier is not stupid.
