How old do you have to be to get your reptile handling license and where can i get it?

I know that u need to be over 10 years of age to get a class 1 license which are reptiles that are more easy to handle but to get class two u need to have experience in class 1 and be over 18 to handle and pet more dngerous and harder to feed reptiles. it cost 60 bucks for two years and 120 bucks for 5 years.
