What happens if you take 2 Vicodin?

Taking three vicodin is generally considered an overdose. For an adult, it won't kill you, but there should never be any need to take that many vicodin for pain. I have had over 20 surgeries in my life and have taken many kinds of pain medication. After a couple of weeks on Vicodin, I feel no real difference between one pill and three, but your body can build up a tolerance. Some people like me do not get high on Vicodin, they only help the pain. Others get very high on Vicodin along with disorientation, dizziness, and whatever other symptoms the term "getting high" may suggest. Since I've never been high, I wouldn't know. If you are a child do not take Vicodin. If you are an adult, taking three Vicodin can be dangerous if you have no tolerance.
