LMP was 24 Feb spotted brown on 27 March. Was this implantation bleed and is this normal and could I be pregnant.?

no implantation bleeding does not cause any problems in pregnancy, it is very common for women to experience this. I would say wait a week and take the test if nothing then take another one in another week and if still nothing just go see your doctor for a blood test which is a lot more accurate than the at home tests.
