What is this yearly traveling of animals called?

It is called a migration, and takes place in many animal groups. For it to be a true migration, it needs to have an annual or seasonal occurence (as in birds flying south for the winter), or be a major habitat change as part of their life (as in turtles returning to beaches to lay eggs).
