Well, there afew ways a mother frog would be similar to its offspring...

firstly it has many physical features that are similar. for example, the colour and bodily features would be quite similar (as the offspring would be the same species or breed as the mother frog)

And secondly, like humans the mother frog would share similar DNA as its young.
