What do you feed a 2 day old bird?

It depends on the bird. Wild young Songbirds and corvids (crows, magpies, etc.) seem to do best on a diet of dry cat food pieces thoroughly soaked in water. Mealworms may also be tolerated. Never give birds bread; it offers no nutrients for them.

If you are unsure what to feed, or not sure what bird it is, it may be best to take the baby bird to a wildlife centre who will be able to feed it the correct diet.
