Do you have to get two zebra finches?

Finches are very social creatures prefer to have a companion.In a lot of bird cases you can buy one bird and they won't wilt away gradually. With finches, it's practically necessary to have two finches. Having just one finch is like having just one flower growing in the yard. It's better for the flower to have a companion..in your case. But you understand what I'm saying, right?
Anyways, you wouldn't be able to get the full experience of finches if you got just one!
