These flies are hard to get rid of. They are a type of biting fly that are not attracted to foods that house flies are attracted to. They are circling around for mating purposes. They best way to get them is a combo of fly tape and aerial sprays. They tend to rest on walls waiting for the opposite sex to arrive and the mating dance starts. You can get then with the spray when they are flying and by placing the strips (fly paper) close to the walls as possible.
