How did the girl turn into a blueberry in Willy Wonka?

Well, honey, that girl Violet Beauregarde turned into a blueberry because she couldn't keep her greedy little hands off Willy Wonka's experimental Chewing Gum. It was supposed to be a three-course meal, but she just had to be a show-off and chew the dessert early. So, she puffed up like a balloon and ended up rolling away with the Oompa Loompas. Classic case of too much sass and not enough sense, if you ask me.
