It really isn't a smart idea. Over here in the UK the age of sexual consent is 16, its 18 in California.

Yes you can legally "kiss" a under-age guy, but its a stupid idea. If anyone makes a complaint then who's going to believe you didn't screw him? Then you'll be a registered sex offender.

A 22 year old woman kissing a 15 year old boy does NOT make them bi-sexual. It just isn't a smart idea considering in most states the underage child needs to be 16 and WILLING. But just to be safe, try kissing someone that is at least 18.
