Are crack cocaine sores dangerous to others?

There is no particular medical term for a "crack sore" but you would be wise to assume these festered lesions often seen around the lips of crack cocaine smokers to be herpes sores of one type or another. Drug users frequently pass herpes viruses between them, and while not all varieties are particularly dangerous, all are extremely contageous and some can cause very serious organ damage over a period of time.
