If you are using commercial wall papers created for a dolls house with the correct size ratio then you can use a slightly watered down PVA glue. Cut the paper to more or less size and shape
and wait a few moments. This allows the water in the glue to be absorbed by the paper. It will also make the paper slightly more pliable.
Attach to the wall of the dolls house using a very Small paint brush - I suggest an old pain brush about half an inch, cut most of the handle off so that you can get in to the room and brush from the centre of the paper out to the edges so that you push air pockets out from beneath the wet wall paper. Use the end of the bristles to push the paper in to corners and if you've fitter them skirting boards.
Allow to dry and with a very sharpe hobby knife trim the edges slowly (I used to use a scalpel)
