As in most of these answers, they are right but partially right at best. It depends what you are using methedone for? If you are using it as a N.R.T. as it used most often, then you are only going to take it once a day. The problem with this is that th e half life is in very long, it will wear off before 48 hours. It is all contingent on what you are dosing at and how long you have been on it? with those variables answered there is a much better chance of answering the question accurately.
