How do you connect an Xbox 360 to the internet?

1. plug ethernet cable into xbox and laptop.

2. turn on xbox and laptop.

3. go into network and sharing center and then click manage network connections

4. right click on your wireless connection and click properties

5. click the sharing tab and check the "allow other network users..." box.

6. make sure xbox connection is shown in network connections.

7. go to Xbox 360 menu and select test network connection.

8. you may need to restart your computer.
