What are names of two rivers deltas found in South America?

The largest river system in the world is the Amazon. It covers much of Brazil & Brazil is a huge country, the Amazon has a massive amouut of water in it. I think the second longest/largest river in South America is the Orinoco. This is further north than the Amazon in Colombia & Venezuela.
