How do you adjust the clutch on a Honda 4 Trax 200SX four wheeler?

Loosen the clutch adjustment lock nut. This is found on the side of the crankcase, with two arrows in either direction marked increase and decrease play. The Word "play" is in the middle between the arrows. You must turn the clutch adjusting screw in the middle counterclockwise until resistance is felt. Then turn it back clockwise one quarter of a turn. At this point, tighten the lock nut. Torque 22 N.m or 2,2 kg - m or 16 ft.-lb. Now you can start the engine and check for proper clutch adjustment.
