Why does Zeus think Percy stole the bolt from the book the lightning thief?

Because Percy's dad is Poseidon and Zeus hates him so he thinks because Poseidon wouldn't sneak in there because Zeus was with him the whole time

then Poseidon would plan for Percy to steal it.
