Can you perform all the essential job function for the position for which you are applying with or without reasonable accommodation list any accommodation?

Just because it's in the form of a question doesn't mean you should ask it here.

If you can't figure out what the answer to that is, you don't deserve to be hired.

On the off chance you don't understand the Words: they're asking "Can you do the job without us buying expensive special equipment? If you can't do it by yourself, what would you need in order to be able to do it?"

So, if you want to be a librarian, and the job requires you to re-shelve books on a shelf that's 8' high and you're 4'6", the "accomodation" you need is a short ladder to stand on.
