I bought an Elite model from Khol's and it is leaking water somehow from the bottom of the reservoir. I have used another model for sometime and I know not to over fill the reservoir, but it is calling for adding water every time you make a cup of coffee. My problem is that it didn't start this until a few days after I had it and I since got rid of the box and I don't know if Khol's will take it back. I called your 1-866 number and could never be connected to a tech so someone was supposed to call me back and they never have. What should I do now?
