If you want to keep it stock, back out the throttle limiter screw. If you are willing to spend money I suggest buying a Honda clone 6.5hp motor. They cost about 150, I got mine at harbour freight. Beyond that, removing the governor gear helps and with a little bit of custom fabbing you can add a cone filter intake and upgrade to a less restrictive exhaust.
