you don't "get a girl to kiss you" ! she's got to want to kiss you !

i would suggest

1. making sure she likes you .

2. ask her if she wants to see a film

3. let her choose . if she cant decide pick something funny at least 4 star

4. when she seems most distracted with the film put your arm over her shoulders

5. if she rejects then there's no kissing

6. if she smiles and looks at you, look at her lips and up at her eyes

7. then lightly kiss her on the cheeks

8. if she rejects wait till your next date

9. if she smiles your free for the kill but go gentle until she decides to get serious
