How do you remove molly bolt from concrete floor?

The mollys are generally soft metal, so you could drill it out with a standard drill bit and then patch the hole.
You could also cut the bolt off flush with the floor and then drive it down below the surface of the floor.
They're not usually bottomed out in the hole and you can get them down deep enough to patch.
